Dear Mr Bonello,
As we'll be updating our Terms and Conditions with effect from 1 January 2027, we are providing you with a summary of the main changes below. Please keep in mind that some changes may not apply to you.
Changes to our General Terms and Conditions - Current, Savings & Card Accounts for Individual and Micro-Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "General Terms and Conditions"):
Clause 4.1 : If you owe us money, we may use any funds or available balance you hold with us, even across currencies. This is known as our right of "set-off".
Clause 7.5 : When requesting us to update your address, we may ask you for supporting documentation and will only update it once these are received and verified.
Clauses 7.6 : We'll give at least 30 days' notice before the account falls dormant. If you don't respond within 60 days after it's classified as dormant, we may transfer the balance held in such account to another active account (if the dormant and active accounts are both personal or both business accounts) and close it. If your balance isn't in the currency of the active account, we may convert it to that currency.
Clause 7.7 : If all your accounts (all personal accounts or all business accounts) are dormant, we may transfer any credit balances in those accounts to a suspense account and then close the accounts. We'll always give you at least 60 days' written notice in advance before doing this. Any money moved to a suspense account will still belong to you and you can claim it back at any time. If your balance isn't in euros, we may convert non-euro balances to euros (and we may also convert euros to a non-euro currency, where needed).

|
|
| |
• |

Fraud Awareness
If a transaction seems too good to be true, then it probably is not genuine! When communicating with third parties via informal channels like SMS, social media platforms or email, make sure that you confirm the authenticity of the sender. Fraudsters can impersonate others, so if you are unsure, do not perform any transactions. Remember that we will never ask you for, and it is not safe to share, your PIN or online banking passwords or security codes.
